Dr. John Tolson is the founder of The Gathering, Inc. (thegathering.org) and High Impact Life (highimpactlife.org) - two discipleship ministries that have impacted thousands of men over the past three decades. John authored Take a Knee, a motivational book based on the locker room messages he gave to the Dallas Cowboys (while chaplain from 2008-2011), and co-authored The Four Priorities, which challenges men and women to mature in their faith and become reproducing disciples of Jesus Christ.

Capitalized by the DeBartolo Family and major capital commitments that Ed secured with institutional partners, DeBartolo Development has underwritten a real estate pipeline of over $1 billion. Originally from Pittsburgh, Penn., Ed served in the U.S. Army's counter-intelligence department. He lives in Tampa, Fla., with his wife Becky of 29 years and daughters Elizabeth and Katherine.
